Post Renovation cleaning

A intensive, multi-phase clean to clear fine drywall dust, sawdust, and construction residue before occupancy.

Phase 1: Rough Clean (Debris & Initial Dust Clearing)

• Remove leftover small trash, masking tape, overspray tape, and drywall debris.

• Remove all protective plastic coverings, floor papers, and manufacturer stickers from windows, fixtures, and appliances.

• Sweep and preliminary vacuum of all floors using commercial HEPA-filter vacuums.

Phase 2: Light Clean (Deep Dust Removal & Hand-Wiping)

• High Dusting: Vacuum and hand-wipe ceiling vents, fan blades, return air grilles, light fixtures, and wall sconces.

• Walls & Trim: Wipe down walls, baseboards, door frames, window sills, and window tracks to capture settled drywall dust.

• Cabinetry & Storage: Vacuum and hand-wipe the inside and outside of all built-in cabinets, drawers, and shelving units.

• Fixtures & Surfaces: Microfiber-wipe all countertops, backsplashes, hardware, outlet covers, and light switches.

• Glass Detail: Wash interior windows, tracks, frames, and mirrors to remove plaster spatters, silicone, and smudges.

• Deep Floor Care: HEPA-vacuum edges, baseboards, and carpets twice; mop hard floors multiple times using specialized cleaners to remove chalky residue.

Phase 3: Final Polish (Touch-Up Clean)

• Conduct a final walkthrough 24 hours later (once airborne dust has settled) to do a final micro-dusting pass.

• Polish all stainless steel, glass, and chrome hardware to leave a showroom finish.
